File a complaint
Anyone — federal employees, family members, other designees, regulators, or members of the public — may file a complaint about an RFBS℠ designee or the RFBS℠ program. Complaints are reviewed under the RFBS℠ Code of Ethics and treated as confidential subject to legal and regulatory obligations.
What to expect. We acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days. If the matter is within scope, we request a written response from the designee, gather facts, and determine whether a violation has occurred. Sanctions range from a private caution to permanent revocation of the designation.
Other regulators. Filing a complaint with FEBA does not replace any rights you may have to file with FINRA, the SEC, your state securities or insurance regulator, or law enforcement.
